We believe that professional excellence is built on accountability, collaboration and a commitment to continuous growth. Our team of elite professionals leads with passion, expertise and an unwavering focus on client success. Our success is rooted in an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace where individuals are encouraged to be themselves. We foster an environment where every voice is valued, ensuring that our solutions reflect the perspectives and insights of the people who develop them. By embracing diverse experiences and ideas, we strengthen our ability to innovate and deliver sustainable results.
This commitment extends beyond our organization and into every business relationship we cultivate. We uphold the highest ethical standards, ensuring that fairness, respect and integrity guide our interactions with employees, clients, partners and suppliers. In doing so, we take a firm stand against modern slavery, human trafficking and any form of exploitation.
Our Organization Structure and Supply Chains
ValueSelling Associates comprises a US-based corporate team and our network of worldwide associates. Our Associates are independent licensees who leverage ValueSelling services and programs to foster client success.
Due to the nature of our business, our supply chains are extremely limited. We do not produce goods outside of limited materials necessary for workshops and training engagements. Our shared service providers have also published statements on slavery and human trafficking, and they guard against any form of exploitation in their supply chains. As a result, we assess ourselves to have an extremely low risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains.
Our Policies in Relation to Slavery and Human Trafficking
The following policies have been distributed to all corporate employees and associate licensees:
- DEI Statement
- Employee Handbook, with Codes of Conduct
- Discrimination and Harassment Policy Acknowledgement
- Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Putting Our Policies Into Action
At ValueSelling Associates, we strive to continuously put our principles into action through:
- Continuing our commitment to a zero-tolerance policy on modern slavery, human trafficking and any form of exploitation.
- Ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking risks are evaluated as part of the review process before entering into any contract with service or good providers.
- Communicating best practices for evaluating service or goods providers to all ValueSelling employees and associates.
