Concurrent to his partnership with ValueSelling Associates, Theodoros is a shareholder and Managing Director at LEVER SA – Development Consultants, a consultancy firm providing business solutions. Specifically, they focus on business plans, grants, feasibility studies, financing through European Investment Programs, Strategic Planning, Sales management, financial management and Human Resources Development to organizations of the public and private sector.

Theodoros brings a wealth of diverse business experiences to ValueSelling Associates stemming from experience in management of industrial units and service companies. His many years of success began when he started working as a General Manager for Deco Ceramica, a company specializing in industrial production and processing of special ceramic pieces. He also held roles as a sales manager and trainer at Franklin Covey Hellas, a director of supplies at Hatz Group, and a general manager at Tata Elastron, a company that processes and distributes steel products throughout the Balkan region.

He holds an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from Hellenic Management Association as well as a University Degree in Chemical Engineering from Aristotel University of Thessaloniki.

Theodoros belongs to the Greek Management Association and is a certified trainer for Door Training, at Franklin Covey and Achieve Global. He is fluent in English, German and French. Based out of Thessaloniki, Greece, he enjoys running in his spare time.
