Robb Oshima

Robb Oshima is a Sales Professional who’s spent the last 12+ years growing his career and skills in Technology Sales.  He’s gained experience across multiple industries with companies from early-stage startups to global enterprises.  Before joining ValueSelling Associates Robb was consistently a top performer, fostering new partnerships with some of the largest public school districts and universities across the US. Much of his success was due to deep relationship building along with expertly navigating long and complex sales cycles. 

Robb was first introduced to the ValueSelling Framework at a sales kickoff in 2020 and became a quick believer in the methodology as his results and effectiveness improved even after selling for close to a decade.  Having gone through workshops with very different companies, in very different industries, he’s glad to be a real-life example to current and potential clients, and looks forward to sharing his experiences to help other sellers.

Robb grew up in Honolulu, Hawaii but has resided in the Bay Area for the last 20 years.  Outside of work he loves spending time with his wife, two kids, and their dog.  When he’s not with his family, he loves anything active outdoors, but especially golf, skateboarding, and surfing.
