Prior to joining Vistant, Stan enjoyed a successful career in the IT industry in positions at Compaq, Digital Equipment Corporation and Hewlett-Packard. His responsibilities included territory sales, sales management and group sales management, where he consistently exceeded revenue and margin goals while successfully growing the individuals within his organizations. The development of channel partners, new accounts and growth within existing accounts were key to his success and resulted in numerous awards. He also served as marketing manager for the process manufacturing industry and developed the training for large account management teams.
Stan spent several years as the global account director for Dow Chemical and then Ford Motor Company. In both roles, he managed the overall business of these very complex accounts on a worldwide basis. He was responsible for the total revenues that originated from these accounts, as well as managing all of the sales and services resources in place to support each of these customer’s needs globally. While under his account management, both Dow and Ford produced a significant increase in sales and services revenues, as well as reporting notable increases in their levels of customer satisfaction.
As a graduate of The University of Michigan, Stan holds a Bachelor of Science in engineering and earned an International Business Development Certificate from Brown University.
