In 1998, Sal was named the Sales Force Excellence and Capabilities Development Director for Digital & Film Imaging Systems for Eastman Kodak’s Latin American Region. It was in this position that Sal became certified to teach the ValueSelling Framework. Since that time, he has taught ValueSelling to more than 500 participants for clients, including Autodesk and Experian, as well as Kodak. He has facilitated these programs in three different continents and in two different languages, including his native Spanish.
Sal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with Honors from Stevens Institute of Technology; a Master’s in Business Administration (Marketing) from the University of Rochester; and has attended the Executive Development Program at Northwestern University.
