Bhawani Srivastava

Prior to joining ValueSelling Associates, BB was the Director Sales – Gartner India and managed the technology business for the southern region. He has an established reputation in a variety of sales management and industry consultant roles with firms like Ovum and Cisco Systems.

BB has served as a turnaround specialist for Ovum India, growing the business from a one-man team to its present size. He has extensive experience spanning from large global technology corporations to smaller firms.

He holds a MBA degree from India premier technology institute (III-T) in IT-Marketing. BB is also a certified SCM professional and is a guest faculty in some of the Business Schools in India where he coaches students on Advisory and Strategy Business. He has published papers on Knowledge Management and owns the IP for “TKT – Tacit Knowledge Tapping” a widely renowned methodology for capturing the tacit knowledge. The methodology has been adopted by Convergys IMG as a part of their KM implementation.

Based out of New Delhi – India, BB enjoys playing squash, swimming and diving.
